每一次的課程內容包含了充滿活力的體位法、呼吸法、冥想、曼陀羅及音流練習,使您與內在智慧、創造力、宇宙無限連結,創造健康、快樂、靈性的生活。奇妙與精彩的主題,包含:喚醒我們源源不絕的生命能量、活出生命的光芒、釋放恐懼與憤怒、平衡性能量、幫助男人女人之間真實的關係與溝通。

瑜伽練習前的暖身會加安排「單車瑜伽」,使同學們平日校園單車騎乘,能使用正確姿勢、騎前暖身與騎後肌肉舒緩,享受快樂的騎乘。

再來還會視同學們學習情況,加碼安排泰式古法藥草按摩。

主要的訓練方是來自於體位法的串連,

課程中以不間段的方式進行著,課程重點專注於肌耐力訓練,及身體核心的控制及平衡。

除此之外身體可以一直保持在很溫暖的階段,以至於可以同時訓練到柔軟度,溫柔喚醒並強化肢體力量,找回平衡穩定的自己。

        “皮拉提斯讓身體很有效率地動著!”

PBB是結合皮拉提斯與瑜珈球、彈力帶,所編排的功能訓練課程。課程著重身體正確位置,學習穩定控制、張力及收縮訓練、以呼吸凝聚心智的專注力,達到訓練目地,安全有效,避免受傷。規律的練習,有助於提升手臂、腹部、背部及臀腿部的力量與柔軟度,並在練習過後擁有緊實曲線、馬甲線、川字線、蜜臀,纖細四肢。

(1)請列印退選申請書,於上班時間向承辦人員提出申請,以送達本處之時間為申請時間。

(2)學費之退費標準依教育部規定:開班上課日前申請退費者,退還已繳學費之九成。自開班上課之日起算未逾全期三分之一申請退費者,退還已繳學費之半數。開班上課時間已逾全期三分之一始申請退費者,不予退還。

  1. 本校有權視實際需要調整課程,若遇颱風依人事行政局之標準停課,不再另行通知,並採補課方式進行。

Physical Education Center offers a series of beneficial continuing & extension courses on Body, Mind and Soul, 109-1 semester that provide learning opportunities on several wholesome curricula for those who are endeavoring to seek rejuvenation and balance in life (non-credit courses).

Curricula cover subjects such as Kundalini Yoga, Flow Yoga and Pilates with Ball, Band &c., which are conducive to the balance among body, mind, soul, to enjoying a whole, mindful, fulfilled life by immersing yourself in these attractive lessons.

Courses held by: Physical Education Center (10 one-and-a-half-hour sessions)

Number of enrollments: 20 persons (class will not open until there are at least 10 persons, enrollment will stop if class is full)

Participants: Dong Hwa’s faculty, staff, students and community residents (junior high school graduation and upwards)

Charge:

NT$3000/one course * one person;

Early-bird preferential charge: Those who sign up and pay up before Sep.24, 2020 (Thu) can enjoy 10 % off discount on tuition (NT$2700), Threesome(pay up 3 persons’ tuitions at one time) or one person signing up 3 different courses enjoys 20% off (NT$2400).

Above-mentioned tuition is not including bank charge that arises in tele-transfer or credit card payment, which should be borne at your end.

Other points for your attention:

  1. These courses are non-credit courses that do not offer college credit.
  2. Those who attend the course throughout will be accorded civil servant learning hours, if you are a civil servant. Please submit your application after having completed the course to Physical Education Center office.
  3. Drop course handling:

(1). Print out drop course application and send to the person in charge during office hours, application time is the time application form duly received in the office.

(2). Criteria for Tuition refund is following Ministry of Education’s stipulation: refund before class begins: reimburse 90 % of paid tuition.  Refund for class that has lectured less than 1/3 of all sessions: reimburse 50 % of paid tuition. Refund for class that has lectured over 1/3 of all sessions: no reimburse of paid tuition.

  1. NDHU reserves the right to adjust course according to actual needs. Should there be typhoon alert, whether class close or not will follow the “Work and Class Status during Natural Disasters” announced by Directorate –General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan and no further notification from us. Class will be made up later if there should be school closing due to typhoon.

1.暑假期間7/6(一)至9/13(日)配合學校行事曆及暑休、國定假日,游泳池暨附屬設施開放期間為周一至周五,每周六日公休。

2.自7/6(一)至9/13(日)為暑假期間游泳池開放時間更改為(下午15:30~20:30);附屬設施(重訓室&有氧室)開放時間為(上午08:30~11:30 下午15:30~20:30)。

3.7/17、7/24、7/31、8/7、8/14、8/21、8/28、9/4以上日期為暑休日,皆為游泳池暨附屬設施公休日。

為使本108-2學期體適能檢測未通過同學有補救機會,體育中心訂於109年7月1日(三)舉辦一次體適能檢測補考,請體適能檢測未通過同學,尤其是應屆畢業生報名參加此次補考:

體適能檢測流程:

1、繳交學生證時點名/簽名

2、完成體適能檢測登錄秒數,依據體適能指標檢定視為「通過/不通過」

3、確認秒數後簽名歸還學生證,務必向體育老師確認是否通過

4、如未簽名者視同未完成檢測,視為「不通過」

 

為利應考同學考前練習,體育中心於 6/29(一)、6/30(二) 16:30 ~18:30 於田徑場辦理「跑步訓練增能班」,將請專業指導教練指導,請有需要同學屆時自行前往練習。

Program of physical fitness test:

  1. Hand in student cart for roll call /signature.
  2. Register the seconds used in completing the fitness test, by which to decide whether it is pass or fail.
  3. To sign off after ascertaining the seconds with the teacher who administers the test.
  4. It will be deemed as “fail” if there is no confirming signature from testee.

 

To let students well practiced before test, Physical Education Center is slated to hold a “running enhancement training” seminar on track & field stadium, 16:30 ~18:30 pm, Jun, 29 (Mon), Jun. 30 (Tue) respectively. Students who need a last-minute cramming, please repair to the site of your own accord on time then.

Subj: Table Tennis Room on upstairs West Community House (Duo-rong-guan) reopen notice

 I. In light of subsidence of novel corona virus pandemic (COVID-19) and the latest resolution of epidemic combating committee this school that effective from Jun.7, 2020 onwards anti-plague level will be adjusted to level II, we decided to reopen the Table Tennis Room on upstairs West Community House (Duo-rong-guan) from Jun. 8, 2020 (Mon) on after having discussed the case in Physical Education Center’s conference.

II. Table tennis room in the gymnasium (sports hall) complex will be temporarily closed from Jun. 8, 2020 on due to the forthcoming installation of air conditioners, which is slated to reopen on 109-1 semester. Users could make their reservation then through Sports Field Reservation System on the Physical Education Center’s website.

III. While entering Table Tennis Room on upstairs West Community House (Duo-rong-guan) please be reminded to remain indoor social distancing – 1.5 meter apart from each other.
